Ellu Partners consists of the psychological practices of Dr. Scott Garrels and Dr. Joy Bustrum. We are both licensed clinical psychologists and have extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of adults, couples, and families. We treat a wide array of presenting problems and utilize various therapeutic approaches.
